The Spelling Bee

Devon participated in a Spelling Bee for all of the first graders in his school. It was for the top 15 finalists, and Kylie and I were able to go watch. Devon did awesome... and he eventually won the whole thing, so he walked away as the First Grade Spelling Bee Champion! We were so proud of him. :) Here are a few pictures and then a video of his last word he had to spell which was "current". I'm not sure how good the quality is going to be since I took it with my phone.

Thanksgiving

We went to Modesto for Thanksgiving this year to be with my family. My nieces in Utah also came for the holiday. We had lots of fun playing games, shopping on Black Friday, seeing New Moon in the theaters and hanging out!

Halloween & Jared's 31st Birthday

For Halloween and Jared's birthday we went to Sparks to hang out with Jared's family. We went to Brent & Andrea's Halloween party, we went trick or treating and we stayed up late playing games. It was lots of fun!

Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Kylie's 2!

Kylie turned 2 on October 10th! Jared's family came to celebrate with Kylie. We all went to the boy's soccer games, to Apple Hill for some delicious apples, cider and donuts, and then back home for some cake and presents. I can't believe how fast the past two years have gone! We are so blessed to have Kylie in our family... she is so sweet and fun to have around!!

Utah Trip

Field Trip to Apple Hill

Kylie and I got to go with Tyson and his preschool class on a field trip to Apple Hill. This was the first time we have been there and we loved it! It is so beautiful!!
