Plano Balloon Festival

We were so happy to hear that Plano has a Balloon Festival every year. Reno has awesome Balloon Races every year that we have always loved! We went with the Hess' and arrived around 6:30am with blankets, hot chocolate and donuts! Things got started a little late so we didn't get to see the cool glow when firing up the hot air balloons in the dark, but it was still lots of fun. After watching all of the balloons take off, Devon and Tyson got to go on this cool bungee jumping ride. Even though this was really neat, we still love Reno's Balloon Races better and will have to make an effort to get back there every other year or so to go see those.

The balloons look amazing! I've never been to a balloon festival, so I just can't imagine there is one better. Apparently I need to go to Reno to check it out!

That looks super dee duper fun! We tried to go to a balloon festival a couple of weeks ago and it was too windy- we didn't see any balloons. What a great day for your cute family.

We are such losers....we live in Reno and we didn't go to the Balloon Races! I just can't bring myself to wake the kids up early. I love sleep way too much. The bungee jumping ride looks so cool. Ryan was very impressed by all the headstands by the way. He couldn't even believe the pictures. Especially the one of Devon in the hallway.

How cool- I didn't know you guys ended up doing the bungees! Did the boys love it?!! Our kids would have LOVED it-- too bad we had to go to the docs. Thanks for going with us and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We'll have to celebrate when the in-laws leave town!

This looks like so much fun. I'm holding you to what you said about setting Mila and Devon up at BYU someday. I hope you had a happy birthday. Doesn't Jared have a birthday on Halloween?

Hey Steph! Thanks for the invite to your blog. Email me at kelli.jeffs@gmail.com and I will send you an invite to ours. You have a beautiful family! How do you like Texas? We almost moved there a year ago to the Austin/Round Rock area, but we are still in Brentwood. Hope you are doing well. I'd love to keep in touch!
