First Day of School!
Devon started Kindergarten today! He goes to school from 7:45am-2:45pm. It seems like such a long day for a 5-year-old but he seemed to have a great day. We met his teacher last week and were very impressed. Tyson is going to be getting some one-on-one training from Stephenie this year instead of going to preschool. They started today as well and Tyson learned alot and worked on some fun projects. Jared starts early morning seminary again tomorrow morning and is looking forward to teaching the New Testament this year. He teaches a Sophmore/Junior class of about 25 students. Life is good and we are happy and grateful for all our blessings.

That is amazing that Jared is teaching seminary. We bet he does an amazing job. Mila starts kindergarten next year and she also will go all day. I'm so nervous about it. I'm glad that Devon had a great first day. I bet he's the smartest kid in the class.
Wow, what will his graduation year be? What a cutie! All of your kids are so cute. Good for you, Stephenie, for teaching Tyson at home. I'll have to get some suggestions from you!
Congrats Devon! I'm glad he liked his first day. George starts next week and goes all day too. I'm more nervous than he is! They're getting so big.
I'm glad Devon's first day of Kindergarten went well. Was it hard to let him go? I think I will be a wreck next year when Ashby starts. The boys look so handsome, and Kiley is as adorable as ever! I'm glad you are teaching Tyson at home that will be a lot of fun for you two. We will have to trade ideas! Jared is so amazing for teaching Seminary while in Ortho school! Go Jared. Miss you guys.
I love Devon's shirt. Congrats on his first day of school. I amazed by anyone who is willing to teach early morning seminary. You guys are awesome.
Kindergarten... wow! That seems like such a big milestone in a kid's life... and a mom's!! I'm glad it went well.
Wow--that's big! Congrats, Devon! I'm so impressed that Jared teaches seminary. I substituted once in LA for a friend of mine. Getting up at 5:45 was brutal. I can't imagine doing that every day. good for you!
We had no idea that Jared taught seminary, good for him, I bet the kids love him.
I can't believe Devon goes for 7 hours, that's an hour longer than Tanner goes for 1st grade. I am glad he is liking it. Good luck with the year. Miss you guys!

P.S. We are trying to plan a trip out there in the next year, before you guys leave. We'll let you know.
Looks like you have had a fun, busy summer. Congratulations to Devon--isn't it weird how fast they grow up!!! The other day Craig was screaming in the car and it brought back a memory from when we first moved to LA. You and I had gone to the mall to shop--Devon was 9 months old and I was 9 months pregnant with Brent. Devon started crying while we were driving home and you sang primary songs to him and it calmed him right down. I remember taking note and thinking what a good mom you were. Anyways, random...but I just can't believe Devon has grown up so much. You have seriously cute kids. Glad to see you are all doing well.
Hey awesome posts!! I love all the cousin posts!! Tyson is looking so old, what material are you using with him, I am trying to find something for Jonas to use after school while I am helping Kai with homework. love you guys!!
Hi Corbridges! You guys are in our thoughts and prayers during this bad weather! I hope all is well!
The kids are so beautiful! We wish we could see them in person! I can't believe Devon is starting kindergarten. Wild!
Keep us posted on how your are!
